Garlic Spaghetti


INGREDIENTS:

Garlic Spaghetti:

  • 8 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 500 grams spaghetti Note 1
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • parmesan cheese to serve
  • parsley to serve
Garlic Spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Garlic Spaghetti (Aglio e Olio)
  2. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water according to package instructions
  3. Use a knife to finely slice each garlic clove
  4. Add sliced garlic, chilli flakes and olive oil to skillet. Bring to a medium heat and cook for 3-4 mins or until garlic is clear
  5. Drain pasta and add cooked spaghetti to garlic oil mix
  6. Plate and top with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley
