An unbelievably tasty and moist cornbread that is made with 2 corn bread mixes and 1 yellow cake mix for a perfect balance of sweet and savory.

INGREDIENTS:
- ⅔ cup milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 Betty Crocker yellow cake mix**
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Prepare a 9x13 pan with baking spray or oil. You can also use 2- 8x8 or 9x9 pans. (If you use a glass pan you will probably cook the entire 35 minutes, in a dark/non-stick pan start checking around 27-30 minutes.)
