- 4 ½ cups cooked(or grilled), diced or shredded chicken
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 4 ¼ tsp. lemon juice
Add:
- 1 can drained pineapple chunks
- 1 ½ cups red grapes, halved
- 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
- 1 ½ cup cashews
Mix together. Then add the following:
- 1 ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 ½ tsp dry mustard
