Cake Mix Oreo Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1. Cookies:

• 2 boxes devil's food cake mix (15.25 oz each)
• 4 large eggs
• 2/3 cup canola oil

2. Filling:

• 1 cup salted butter, softened
• 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups confectioner's sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
2. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. 
3. Using a medium cookie scoop, create 2-inch cookie dough balls. Place rolled cookie dough on cookie sheet; flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
