Low Carb Ham Roll Ups with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach

These low carb ham roll ups are a gluten free, keto friendly appetizer recipe you can whip up in less than 30 minutes. Super easy, delicious & versatile.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 20 slices deli ham Look for varieties with 0 carbs and no added sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat up the oven to broil (low).
  2. Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
