KETO NEAPOLITAN FAT BOMBS

INGREDIENTS:

For the berry layer:

  • 50 grams frozen berries or strawberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp erythritol

For the cream layer:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp erythritol
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

For the chocolate layer:

  • 50 grams Lily’s dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Start by preparing the berry layer; bring all the ingredients for the berry layer in a saucepan and simmer on low for 5 minutes; gently smash the mixture with a fork and pour ½ tsp of the berry mixture into an ice cube mold; freeze for 30 min;
  2. Prepare the cream layer by mixing the butter, erythritol and heavy cream into a sauce pan on low heat until the butter and erythritol has melted; whisk until all is well combined and pour on top of the berry layer; freeze for another 30 minutes;
