Green Bean and Hamburger Casserole (Low-Carb)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound ground beef 
  • 12oz bag French cut green beans, frozen (cooked)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced, 2 1/2 ounces 
  • 2 stalks celery, diced 

Sauce: 

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook/Steam green beans. Brown the hamburger, onion, celery and mushrooms; drain the fat.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl mix all the sauce ingredients and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melte
