Peanut Butter Brownies

INGREDIENTS:
For the Brownies

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candies

For the Frosting:

  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. For the Brownies
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a large bowl, blend together the peanut butter and butter.
  4. Beat in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add flour and salt.
  6. Spread into a greased 13×9 inch baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
