Healthy and Easy Baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
INSTRUCTIONS:
- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (of course)
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons minced parsley
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
- 3 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Next, chop up the parsley and garlic.
- Slice the chicken breast to a “finger” or ‘stick’, cutting them lengthwise making it looks like a stick. Or if you want to, you can also cut the chicken into a “nugget” shape.
- Next, mix up the breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper on a plate.
- Prepare a second bowl and mix the butter, lemon juice, and garlic in there.
