INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Toss the florets to coat. Spread out in a single layer.
- Season with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder and black pepper. Using your hands, toss again to coat the cauliflower. Spread out in a single layer.
