SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE
A gooey chocolate cake to make in your slow cooker!

Ingredients for the cake:
- box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 and 1/4 cups milk (I used 2%)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3 eggs
Ingredients for the topping:
- 3.9 oz. size box of chocolate instant pudding (4 serving sized)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups milk
For Serving:
- vanilla ice cream
DIRECTIONS:
- Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs, and milk with an electric mixer or stand mixer for a few minutes until batter is smooth.
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray so the cake won't stick. Pour mixture into the slow cooker and smooth over the bottom.
